Terms & Conditions

  • Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to any reason on our end.
  • If a student wishes to withdraw from classes, a minimum of one full calendar month’s written notice is required. Notice may be given at any time during the month; however, fees for the following month will still be payable in full.Fees are collected on the 1st of each month. Where notice is given on or after the final day of a month (for example, the 31st), the payment due on the 1st of the following month will still be processed. This payment will cover the student’s final month of classes, and they are welcome to continue attending all scheduled sessions during this period.
  • No refunds or partial credits will be given for any unused classes within the notice period.
  • KWA or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
  • KWA reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour. KWA does not tolerate rude, offensive or aggressive remarks and behaviour in any way. 
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - kitty@kwacting.com / 07944698292
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
  • If your child is taking an exam with us, there is an additional exam fee, please contact Kitty to check what these are as they vary depending on what grade.
  • If your child no longer wishes to attend KWA, you must notify us in writing before the start of a new half term. 
  •  Students must wear KWA uniform and suitable footwear to classes where possible.
